The sandbanks clinic has gone above and beyond  my expectations. It was my first time having a lip augmentation and my appointment was with Jessica Hutchinson, from the beginning she was very warm and welcoming. She explained the procedure in-depth  and delivered with precision, I felt very relaxed and I was extremely impressed by the wealth knowledge she shared throughout. The results were perfect, she had listened to every detail and really took great care through the whole procedure, making it feel very personalized. Going somewhere new for a treatment can be quite daunting.  Sandbanks Clinic was recommended by a friend and a great experience from the start.  Easy to park and so friendly as you walk in the door, which makes you feel at ease straight away. My appointment was with Jessica who I warmed to from the moment I met her.  Her passion and knowledge, is outstanding on Botox, she really studies your face and explains what area needs to be tweaked and why.  Taking small steps to create subtle changes was her main priority. My pain threshold is zilch, Jessica showed so much empathy, placing ice on the area and checking I was comfortable throughout my treatment. I had a fabulous facial experience with Chloe on Monday, which included microneedling, a rejuvenating mask, facial massage and radio frequency. This clinic has been a great find for me! Jenny is a lovely receptionist - warm, friendly, funny and professional. And when it comes to treatment, I always enjoy meeting Jess and equally find her warm, professional, understanding and practical in her advice and treatment. A particular bonus is that well-sourced bespoke products and treatments are available but not pushed while, where appropriate, reasonably priced high street remedies like coconut oil are also suggested. Also, Jess is clear that a next appointment may be rebooked but if it turns out it's unnecessary because the prior treatment has been conclusive, then we won't go ahead. This approach has clients feeling they are appreciated, cared for and not exploited (we've all been to those unscrupulous clinics who will sell you snake oil)! This is just so reassuring! Had my 2nd treatment to remove skin tags. I won't lie, it's not the most pleasant experience but the results are amazing.  Jessica explains the process and even contacted me after the first session to make sure everything was healing as it should, which is really reassuring.  I travel from Wales to see my daughter who has also had treatments and made the recommendation so I will be booking another appt when next in Poole.
